Amicus Curiae Briefs

In the January issue of 2009 of the Official Journal, the Enlarged Board of Appeal invited third parties to file their observations before the end of April 2009.

In respons to the invitation of the Enlarged Board of Appeal, exactly 100 parties have submitted Amicus Curiae Briefs under Article 10(1) Rules of Procedure of the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office.
